I am currently serving as the Design, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (DMEL) Officer in Kigali, Rwanda. My extensive background and steadfast dedication to advancing DMEL practises make me a valuable asset in promoting societal healing and reconciliation through evidence-based approaches. With a positive attitude and tireless energy, I work diligently to make a lasting impact on the resilience of the community I serve. My role as a DMEL officer requires a deep understanding of the complex social and economic challenges facing the people of Rwanda. Through careful monitoring and evaluation, I am able to identify areas where evidence-based interventions can have the greatest impact. By leveraging my diverse skill set and expertise, I am able to design and implement programmes that promote sustainable development and positive social change.
